Introducing the New “Team” Feature

We are excited to introduce a new feature that significantly expands the capabilities of Quidget. With the new “Team” feature, you can now add people to specific bots, form dedicated team, connect team members to chatbot conversations, and enhance the service provided to your users. This feature aims to streamline collaboration and improve overall efficiency.

How to Access the Team Feature:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on the Team tab.

Key Capabilities:

1. Invite a Team Member

  • Click on Invite Team Members.
  • Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite and send the invite
  • The invitee will receive an email inviting them to join the team.

You can assign each team member one of four access levels, depending on their role and responsibilities:

  • Admin: Has full control over the bots, including managing credentials, connecting new integrations, and changing control settings.
  • Editor: Can edit the bot’s flow, customize integrations, and assign agents. However, they cannot access statistics or delete conversations.
  • Agent: Engages directly with customers through conversations but cannot edit the bot flow or add nodes.
  • Viewer: Primarily observes conversations and cannot interact with or alter any other features.

2. Delete a Team Member

  • Click on the button with the three dots next to the team member’s name.
  • Select Remove From Team from the dropdown menu.

3. Change Role

You can upgrade or downgrade a team member’s role at any time to match their current responsibilities.

  • Click on the current role next to the team member’s name and select the new role from the dropdown menu.

4. Filters

Use the Filter button at the top of the Team page to sort team members by their roles. This makes it easier to manage large team and ensure everyone has the appropriate access level.

Use Filters:

  • At the top of the Team page, there is a Filter button.
  • Click on Filter to sort team members by their roles.
