Export & Delete Chats

Managing conversations just got easier â whether you want to clean up your inbox or dig into your data, we’ve added more control across the board:
Inbox-wide actions
From the inbox dropdown menu:
Export all chats as a CSV file
Delete all chats (with a confirmation popup showing the total number of chats)
Filtered or searched results
When you’re looking at filtered chats or search results:
Instantly export or delete just those results â no dropdown clicks required
Confirmation modal appears before any deletions
Manual multi-select with checkboxes
Hover over a chat to reveal a checkbox
Select one, and the interface switches to multi-select mode
Use the toolbar to Export or Delete just those selected chats
We donât offer a âSelect Allâ â so every selection is intentional
Filters and searches stick around while you’re selecting, but if you adjust them mid-selection, your current choices will reset
Export a single chat Need just one conversation? You can now export it directly from the chat dropdown (Delete was already there)
